 Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund and exchange guidelines are as follows:

• Refunds or exchanges are available prior to the printed showtime.
• Tickets purchased online may be refunded through the original method of purchase or at the theatre box office (processing fees may apply).
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued after the showtime has passed.
• Convenience fees for online purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Special event screenings, private rentals, promotions, or advance screenings may be non-refundable.
• If a show is cancelled or interrupted due to technical difficulties, management will provide a pass, exchange, or refund at its discretion.

 Bag Policy

To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests:

• Large bags, backpacks, oversized purses, and packages are not permitted inside the theatre.
• Small purses and diaper bags are allowed but may be subject to inspection.

• Prohibited items (including outside food and beverages, alcohol, weapons, or illegal substances) are not allowed inside the theatre.
• Dipson Theatres reserves the right to deny entry to guests who decline a bag inspection.

 Age & Rating Policy

Dipson Theatres follows the film rating guidelines established by the Motion Picture Association (MPA).

• G / PG – All ages admitted.
• PG-13 – Parents strongly cautioned.

• NC-17 – No one 17 and under admitted.

Valid photo identification may be required for entry to R-rated films.

 Outside Food & Beverage

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

 Guest Conduct & Mobile Devices

• Please silence all mobile devices before the movie begins.
• Texting, phone calls, and screen use during the feature presentation are prohibited.
• Disruptive behavior, including talking, excessive noise, or harassment of other guests, will not be tolerated.

Guests who violate these policies may be asked to leave without refund.

 Recording & Piracy

• The use of recording devices of any kind during the film is strictly prohibited.
• Audio or video recording of any portion of a movie is a federal offense.
• Suspicious activity may be reported to local authorities.

 Supervision of Minors

• Children under a specified age (as determined by location policy) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Management may implement curfew restrictions for minors during evening showtimes.
